Cheese Wedding Cake "The Green Cake"

A 6 tier cheese wedding cake similar to our cake in the picture*

From the top:

1.  2 x 200g Dales Brie
A soft & creamy cows milk cheese

2. Coverdale 1kg - A creamy cows' milk cheese with a flavoursome tang.

3. Garlic Yarg 1.7kg
A mild cows' cheese wrapped in wild garlic leaves as shown in picture.

4. Yorkshire or Harrogate Blue 1.5-2kg - Luxuriously creamy blue cheeses, equally delicious.  If you like a slightly stronger cheese choose Harrogate Blue.

5. Choose two 1.25kg half moons from the following list. These can be placed together to form a wheel shape when the cake is assembled:
Real Yorkshire Wensleydale with Cranberries
Real Yorkshire Wensleydale with Apricot
Real Yorkshire Wensleydale with Ginger
Abbot's Gold - Cheddar with Caramelised Onions
Fountains Gold - Deliciously creamy flavoursome Cheddar

6. Cornish Yarg 3.2kg - A creamy, crumbly cows milk cheese, wrapped in nettles (as shown in picture) for an attractive finish & distinctive taste.

Total weight of cheese around 11 kg –
suitable for around 110 guests

These cheeses are all suitable for vegetarians.

Decorations of fruit, flowers and foliage are not included with this cake.

The cheese board displayed with the cake is not included, but similar boards may be available to order separately.
